Mr. Harbeer Chaudhary, through his experience and pertinent expertise, has been a driving force behind many of the Group's major strategic alliances. A postgraduate by qualification, with a career spanning over 15 years in the real estate industry, he has been an integral part of the Amolik family for more than a decade. A process- and technology-driven individual, Mr. Harbeer Chaudhary has extensive experience in Land Acquisition, Legal Affairs and Business Development. He has played a pivotal role in successfully executing several Amolik projects and strengthening the organisation's strategic capabilities. He has also contributed significantly to building the organisation's extensive investor base and ensuring a seamless experience for investors throughout their journey with Amolik. His strategic approach and industry knowledge continue to support the Group's long-term growth and development.
Mr. Pradeep Kaul, Sr. Vice President — Projects, is a highly accomplished, detail-oriented and goal-focused senior management professional, holding a B.E. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and offering over 38 years of experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Site & Construction Management and Quality Management. A keen strategist, planner and implementer, he has extensive expertise in developing construction management strategies for high-end projects while contributing to organisational growth and sustained profitability. He has successfully managed and influenced stakeholder expectations while leading large teams across prestigious projects, including luxury villas, commercial complexes, residential developments, flyovers, viaducts, bridges and five-star hotel complexes. He possesses proven expertise in the planning, execution, monitoring and coordination of civil construction projects of varying scale and complexity. Well versed in value engineering, safety implementation and resource management, he has consistently delivered projects within timelines, budgets and required quality standards. He is now heading the construction and development functions of the Group, with a strong focus on execution and team management.
Mr. Arobindo Biswas is an accomplished and seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience across Technical and Commercial functions. A B.Tech graduate from IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Biswas has held senior leadership positions, including Vice President — Commercial Controller at Escorts Ltd. He brings in-depth knowledge of the industry and has played significant roles across key departments throughout his professional career. His strong commercial understanding and strategic approach have enabled him to drive sustainable revenue growth across the organisations he has been associated with, combining project-specific strategies with effective ground-level execution. His extensive experience includes business operations, commercial management, project planning and customer-focused initiatives. At Amolik, he brings this wealth of knowledge and leadership to strengthen customer relationships, operational effectiveness and overall organisational performance, while ensuring that customers and stakeholders receive a professional and seamless experience throughout their association with the Group.
Mr. Sandip K. Verma, Head of Operations, is a highly proficient and dedicated Civil Engineering professional with over 34 years of varied experience in project execution, monitoring and implementation, with a strong focus on quality assurance. A keen planner and experienced project professional, he has successfully executed and managed prestigious projects with organisations of repute, including multistorey G+22 buildings at Jaypee Greens, Noida with M/s Jai Prakash Associates; development and construction works at Jamnagar Refinery with M/s REAL (Reliance); G+22 floor buildings at DLF Phase V with M/s DLF Universal Ltd.; Park Royal — a five-star hotel at Nehru Place; and gated residential developments at Charmwood Village with M/s EROS Group. His extensive experience covers large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality and infrastructure projects. With strong expertise in project planning, execution, site management, quality control and team coordination, he plays an important role in ensuring efficient operations, timely execution and high standards across the Group's development activities.
